Duncan was on staff at the Sacramento Org for many years in the 70's. He then moved to Las Vegas and married a show girl. He was at AOLAAdvanced Organization Los Angeles. Delivers OT levels I-V and the Class VIII course. doing the OTOperating Thetan - 7. this state of being is attained by drills and familiarity after the state of Clear has been obtained.
