In 1988, when I was in training at FLAG, roughly mid February of that year, there were 40 or so Technical Training Corps students across the hall from our Pro TR's course rooms in the since restored Clearwater Bank Building. They were all Sea OrgAbbreviation for Sea Organization. (Modern Management Technology Defined (C) 1976).
