"Purpose is senior to policy.
The person who is setting random or counter illegal policy is off group purpose. He is other-purposed to greater or lesser degree.
From 1960 to 1962 I developed a vast lot of technologyThe methods of application of an art or science as opposed to mere knowledge of the science or art itself. (HCOB 13 Sep 65) ''Abbr.'' tech about goals and purposes. If we define a goal as a whole trackThe whole track is the moment to moment record of a person's existence in this universe in picture and impression form. (HCOB 9 Feb 66) long, long-term matter and a purpose as the lesser goal applying to specific activities or subjects we see clearly that if we clean up a person's purposes relating to the various activities in which he is involved and on the eight dynamicsthere could be said to be eight urges (drives, impulses) in life. These we call dynamics. These are motives or motivations. We call them the eight dynamics. The first dynamic -is the urge toward existence as one’s self. Here we have individuality expressed fully. This can be called the self dynamic...more we will handle the obsession to set random or counter-policies!"[1]
This scale is worked up and worked down UNTIL IT IS (EACH ITEM) IN FULL AGREEMENT WITH THE REMAINING ITEMS.
In short, for success, all these items in the scale must agree with all other items in the scale on the same subject.[2]

Goals

For starters...feel free to edit and add to this.

Scientologists consistantly creating a future of improved lives(conditions) through the use of Scienotlogy.

Here are the goals that LRHL. Ron Hubbard had for Scientology (not that they are reflected in the current Corporate Church of Scientology):

A civilization without insanity, without criminals and without war, where the able can prosper and honest beings can have rights, and where man is free to right to greater heights[3]
The goal of Scientology is making the individual capable of living a better life in his own estimation and with his fellows and the playing of a better game. [4]
  • The creation of a network of training centers and auditors world wide using standard and original Scientology as codified by LRHL. Ron Hubbard. Working in tandem, qualifying one another's products as valid and correcting one another acceptingly per qualifications references on the subject.

Purposes

  • Aid one another in applying Scientology to one another's lives using standard Scientology Technology.
    • Moved this to purposes to make it align properly. Its not a goal its a purpose.**
  • To ensure that the technologyThe methods of application of an art or science as opposed to mere knowledge of the science or art itself. (HCOB 13 Sep 65) ''Abbr.'' tech of Dianetics1. DIA (Greek) through, NOUS (Greek) mind, deals with a system of mental image pictures in relation to psychic (spiritual) trauma. The mental image pictures are believed on the basis of personal revelation to be comprising mental activity created and formed by the spirit, and not by the body or brain. (BPL 24 Sept 73 V) 2. Dn addresses the body. Thus Dn is used to knock out and erase illnesses, unwanted sensations, misemotion, somatics, pain, etc. Dn came before Scn. It disposed of body illness and the difficulties a thetan was having with his body. (HCOB 22 Apr 69)...more and Scientology are available and used in the community for the good of mankind.

  • To ensure that both training and auditingThe application of Scientology processes and procedures to someone by a trained auditor. (Dianetics & Scientology Technical Dictionary (C) 1975) is available to all who wish to take advantage of them for the greatest good for the greatest number of dynamicsthere could be said to be eight urges (drives, impulses) in life. • To hold together as a cohesive group that people can come to for standard Scientology as written by L Ron Hubbard.
  • To be a safe point for the technologyThe methods of application of an art or science as opposed to mere knowledge of the science or art itself. Policy

1. THE CODE OF A SCIENTOLOGIST - 1969 (The agreements, purposes and moral code which unites all who call themselves 'Scientologist')

2. HCO PLHubbard Communications Office Policy Letter (HCO PL 24 Sept 70R) 13 SEP 54 - THE CREED OF THE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY (Goes with the Code of a Scientologist - actually can be part of our purposes)

3. HCO PLHubbard Communications Office Policy Letter (HCO PL 24 Sept 70R) 15 NOV 68 - DISCONNECTION CANCELED (Are we serious about reform and inclusion? We really can handle all cases)

4. HCO PLHubbard Communications Office Policy Letter (HCO PL 24 Sept 70R) 30 JUL 64 - GRADATION PROGRAM, REVISED (Would put to rest questions of using any of the techAbbreviation for technology. The methods of application of an art or science as opposed to mere knowledge of the science or art itself. (HCOB 13 Sep 65), anywhere: "...I nevertheless do not feel right about telling Scientologists that there are certain materials they cannot use or be auditedThe application of Scientology processes and procedures to someone by a trained auditor. (Dianetics & Scientology Technical Dictionary (C) 1975) on. I would rather leave this matter wholly to personal experience of others and make the gradation program only a recommendation not a directive... 5. That the gradation program is only a recommended route for best results." - LRHL. Ron Hubbard)

5. HCO PLHubbard Communications Office Policy Letter (HCO PL 24 Sept 70R) 10 DEC 69 - SUPERIOR SERVICE IMAGE (Specifies the correct relationship between the org and the field - Makes the org responsible for upholding high standards, not trying to enforce them on the field - Gives people the org as a stable place to go to get their cases straightened out) (NB - there are no "orgs" in the independent field [outside of ROs] so this relationship is moot; further, it doesn't mean that the field should apply wobbly-bobbly or loosey-goosey techAbbreviation for technology. The methods of application of an art or science as opposed to mere knowledge of the science or art itself. (HCOB 13 Sep 65); LRHL. Ron Hubbard's standards for Scientology are for everyone everywhere.)Standardtechauditor 20:56, 14 July 2013 (MDT)Chris Black

6. HCO PLHubbard Communications Office Policy Letter (HCO PL 24 Sept 70R) 28 APR 82 - THE RIGHTS OF THE FIELD AUDITOR (Taken from PABProfessional Auditors Bulletin (a series of technical booklet issues.) 112 - May 57 - So cancel the RTRC note at top)

............................

7. HCO PLHubbard Communications Office Policy Letter (HCO PL 24 Sept 70R) 19 MAR 68 - SERVICE (When all else fails...)

8. HCO PLHubbard Communications Office Policy Letter (HCO PL 24 Sept 70R) 10 JUN 60 - WHAT WE EXPECT OF A SCIENTOLOGIST (makes almost any method of sincere participation, 'right')

8a. 1968 AUDITOR'S CODE (makes it the responsibility of every auditor1. one who listens and computes; a Scn practitioner. 2. one who has been trained in the technology of Scn. An auditor applies standard technology to preclears. 3. a person who through church training becomes skilled in the successful application of Dn and Scn to his family, friends and the public to achieve the ability gained as stated on the Gradation Chart for his class of training...more/practitioner to deliver only standard technologyThe methods of application of an art or science as opposed to mere knowledge of the science or art itself. (HCOB 13 Sep 65) ''Abbr.'' tech as per standard casethe whole sum of past by-passed charge. (HCOB 19 Aug 63) supervision data.)Standardtechauditor 20:56, 14 July 2013 (MDT)Chris Black

HCO PLHubbard Communications Office Policy Letter (HCO PL 24 Sept 70R) 26 MAR 61 ANIMALS FORBIDDEN IN HOUSE (joke - the point is that a lot of policy is out-dated or inapplicable - Let's think with that)

9. HCO PLHubbard Communications Office Policy Letter (HCO PL 24 Sept 70R) 22 JULY 63 - YOU CAN BE RIGHT (How to handle people)

10. HCO PLHubbard Communications Office Policy Letter (HCO PL 24 Sept 70R) 15 AUG 65 - THINGS THAT SHOULDN'T BE (Isn't this simple policy adequate to cover the handling of ethics1. The rules or standards governing the conduct of the members of a profession. (HCO PL 3 May 72). 2. A system of removing the counter-effort to the forward push. (6711C18SO) reports in the field?)

What I like about all of the above is that it's extremely difficult to use these policies to stop. It should not be difficult to gain agreement on all these over a wide range of our field. I also suggest that in issuing policy, "less is more." Just the first 6 policies alone could unite a lot of people and get a lot going in our field. - Scott Gordon - 11 July 2013

Plans

To create an "Admin Scale for Non Corporate Scientologists to ensure the future preservation of LRHL. Ron Hubbard Tech outside the church."

Orders

Ideal scenes

Stats

  • Independent Groups formed and active
  • Number of bridge steps taken
  • Well done auditingThe application of Scientology processes and procedures to someone by a trained auditor. (Dianetics & Scientology Technical Dictionary (C) 1975) hours.

Valuable final products

1.) Releases, Clears and OTs

2.) A person/being who is rehabilitated through standard technical and administrative Scientological methods without evaluation or invalidation, on their own determinism, after having their purposes blunted while trying to do Scientology in what is now the Corporate entity known as Corporate Scientology or in the field by something less than standard technical application in practice or even in conversation. This rehabilitation resurrects their fundamental reach for the bridge and moving on it through courses, auditingThe application of Scientology processes and procedures to someone by a trained auditor. (Dianetics & Scientology Technical Dictionary (C) 1975), and ultimately applying it in their everyday lives and to others, winning thru the application of Scientology.Burkejon 15:22, 10 July 2013 (MDT)

3.) New public interested in Scientology therapy and techAbbreviation for technology. The methods of application of an art or science as opposed to mere knowledge of the science or art itself. (HCOB 13 Sep 65) and routed onto course in an Independent courseroom or to an independent auditor1. one who listens and computes; a Scn practitioner. 2. one who has been trained in the technology of Scn. An auditor applies standard technology to preclears. 3. a person who through church training becomes skilled in the successful application of Dn and Scn to his family, friends and the public to achieve the ability gained as stated on the Gradation Chart for his class of training...more.

4.) Persons/Beings who are Able and Causative who will work towards the ideal sceneThe state of affairs envisioned by policy or the improvement of even that. (HCO PL 29 Feb 72 II) of a civilization without insanity, without criminals and without war, where the able can prosper and honest beings can have rights, and where man is free to right to greater heights.
