As a part of Ron's Org Frankfurt I have been delivering auditingThe application of Scientology processes and procedures to someone by a trained auditor. I have seen quite a bit in terms of "good" and "bad" services and learned a lot from my own mistakes and those of others. Sometimes it is a tough proposition trying to help a spiritual being!
