Every user has a page like this that is automatically created when you create a log-in. Messages left on your Discussion page will automatically create a notification for you when you log in or you can set your "My preferences" (top of any page) to have an email notification.

If your Username is in Red letters, click on it, write a few words about yourself and then SAVE it.

You can also add a link to your main public page, as I have done here, Dave LaCroix, by simply enclosing your public page name in double square brackets "[[your exact page name]]". (see the FAQ's in the HELP section of the sidebar for further instructions on how to do that)
