One of the first OTOperating Thetan - 7. this state of being is attained by drills and familiarity after the state of Clear has been obtained. A real OT has no reactive bank, is cause over matter, energy, space, time and thought and is completely free. (HCOB 12 Jul 65)...More 8's. He had been debilitated for some years with a stroke. Not sure what his age was, 70-80 I'm guessing. Some may have known him from the L. A. area or Clearwater. His wife was Darlene Eggen.
