It should be noted that the modern day Church of Scientology does not currently publish any of the original Dianetics1. DIA (Greek) through, NOUS (Greek) mind, deals with a system of mental image pictures in relation to psychic (spiritual) trauma. All of Ron’s basic books were changed and distorted in many different ways, and it is these highly distorted materials that are falsely advertised and sold to the public as the original works of LRHL. Ron Hubbard. Every modern day publication even carries a disclaimer at the beginning of each book (titled TO THE READER) stating the false claim:


“This book is presented in its original form and is part of L. Ron Hubbard’s religious literature and works…”


In reality, not a single one of the new editions is “presented in its original form” as it was authored and legally copyrighted under the name of L. Ron Hubbard. This can be easily demonstrated with simple side by side comparison of the actual books.


In fact, the current “Chairman of The Board Religious Technology Center and Ecclesiastical Leader of Scientology Religion” (a self-appointed title) David Miscavige (DM for short) presented his “voluminous reasoning”* for whyThat basic outness found which will lead to a recovery of stats. (HCO PL 13 Oct 70 II) all the books had to be changed in his 2007 “Golden Age of Knowledge: The Basics” event. A number of Miscavige's key statements from the introductory part of his speech were isolated and presented down below. Some of the specific statements he made about different books will be included in the analysis relating to any selected book.


The purpose of this project is to establish conclusive proof that most of the actual changes found in THE BASICS are in fact for the worse – this is to say that David Miscavige has in fact been covertly undermining the integrity of L. Ron Hubbard's work under the guise of "corrections." This fact will be supported by detailed analysis of the differences between the FINAL PUBLICATIONS** and THE BASICS**. Since alterations are in fact so widespread and extensive, this is currently an ongoing project. When a summary of alterations becomes available for any particular book, it will be made available for viewing on this website.


Note, though it is true that at the event David Miscavige generally presented some supposed flaws in INITIAL PUBLICATIONS** to justify changing the books, it also true that most of the basic books were first published in the early to mid-1950’s giving Ron Hubbard around 30 years to make any revisions and corrections to make sure the books were exactly as he intended. This is to say that if someone knew that an updated and standardized lineThe military type of organization form whereby there is a definite ascending and descending chain of command. Orders pass from top management down the line of command and compliances and data pass on up without by-passing the chain of command. (Modern Management Defined (c) L. (HCOB 19 Aug 63) with DM, and yet proceeded to invalidate and change the materials using some discovered flaws in the very first publications 20, 30 years prior - this in itself would constitute deceptive manipulation of facts to justify subversive activities. Again, all of this confusion resolves rather quickly once the original books that were last in use (i.e. FINAL PUBLICATIONS) are compared side by side with THE BASICS.

Meaning, he spoke them into a tape recorder and they were typed by a transcriptionist. You get LRHL. Ron Hubbard’s words as he or she relaid them, and when that person had a misunderstood, you get this: distortions, alterations and perversions, some little, some huge, but every one of them - a hang up for the reader, and that’s whyThat basic outness found which will lead to a recovery of stats. (HCO PL 13 Oct 70 II) I said you can look up every single word in one of these book and still not get it because when you track it out across the entire LRHL. Ron Hubbard library, you get such alterations as entirely missing chapters, total garbles, parts of the text specifically said to be deleted by LRHL. Ron Hubbard but left in anyway causing complete mystery; transcription errors whereby LRHL. Ron Hubbard dictates a sentence and then replaces it with another, but the transcriptionist was too lazy to go back and correct it leaving both sentences in the book. And if that’s not enough, take your “garden variety” transcription error where the typist isn’t sure whether they should punctuate with a period, colon, or a comma and in almost every instance deciding to go with a happy medium and using a semicolon – a total “maybe” and resulting in sentences, indeed paragraphs, where you don’t know where the sentence begins or ends. Now let’s add an editor, who instead of now correcting it decides to add his own clarifying footnotes to explain what LRHL. Ron Hubbard really meant or, through sloppiness, misplacing pages and lord knows what else – mixes up the chapters so some are not only in the wrong sequence, but entire chapters appear in the middle of another chapter, and that’s just the beginning of the list which explains whyThat basic outness found which will lead to a recovery of stats. Ron Hubbard saying: “see later text” and yet the text never appears, or he refers to a process with a statement: “as described earlier” yet which never really did appear earlier, and if you don’t remember any of these examples from the books, that only makes my point – YOU WENT TOTALLY BLANK! And if that’s a sampling, I assure you it’s not even a half of it, then again you can be just as certain that I wouldn’t be standing here telling you this unless each and every alteration, and I do mean every distortion, perversion, and alteration has now been corrected. ALTERED FORM EDITIONS: these are the books published in the early 1980's by Bridge1. the route to Clear, the Bridge , which we call the Classification, Gradation and Awareness Chart. (Aud 107 ASNO) 2. a term originating in early Dn days to symbolize travel from unknowingness to revelation. (Aud 72 ASNO). Publications or New Era Productions (in Europe) after corporate restructuring. They were slightly bigger in form but contained text that was still copyrighted under L. Ron Hubbard.

"LIBRARY" EDITIONS (before "the Basics"): after the official death of Ron Hubbard in 1986 books began to be published under copyright "L Ron Hubbard Library." This is where alterations to the text itself begin to take place.

THE BASICS: the last batch of highly distorted books released in 2007 and falsely advertised as "pure unadulterated source."
