I created a Template to use on Offshoot pages/articles.
Now, in order to change or edit the text of the notice, one simply edits the template and all pages using that template will be updated.
I also did a "Replace Text" action which replaced the existing text with the template. (simple one step action so that each eidividual page need not be edited)
To "call" the template on any additional pages on the site - simply put "{{Offshoot}}" on the page.
Is Eckankar a Scientology offshoot?
I don't know. Some Scientologists went into it in the seventies in Denmark and I heard a rumour that Twitchell, the man who started Eckankar had been in Scientology. I suppose there is a gradient of offshoots in that somebody could take a touch assist and call it Physical Healing or something else and I'm not sure if that would be considered to be an offshoot and labelled that way.
