Dear David,

I can understand your enthusiasm. It does sound good. When I first read it my heart sank! There's nobody I know of who is going to do anything about this in any of the Scandinavian languages. We don't have enough people doing anything in English! Of course is good to think of the future. I suppose my whole outlook on life is tinged by my Pubs Org experience where Ron will come up with a marvellous new idea, staff were taken off working projects to do it, and then another new idea would come up and staff were taken off the last new idea (sort of thing).

But someone is needed with the head a few feet above the ground able to predict what is needed in the future and prepare for it. So excuse my sourness!

All best wishes, Ant.

Biographies category

Hey Ant,

Mark Jones and others, have been added to the sub-category "Biographies" by Brian Cox so they will show up in the iOS app.

We needed to distinguish pages/bios that had some info on them rather than have the app bring up all the pages, many of which have no or little data.

That's whyThat basic outness found which will lead to a recovery of stats. (HCO PL 13 Oct 70 II) I reversed your reversal of his edit. lol

Dear Dave, thanks for informing me. What actually happened was that I had observed that I hadn't been getting emails about changes in my watchlist (if I ever did). Nosing around I found I could get a sort of log of all the changes of items in my watchlist. I was interested in the subject so I looked at it again and found to my astonishment that I had changed that item - that confused me, so I thought I'd leave it and look at it later. So I got the message here which sort of explains it- I must have clicked something which I did'nt ought to to have done. In fact I was rather delighted to see that you had a helper doing some of the more mundane housekeeping. Does what you say here mean that the app does not show the whole Scientolipedia? I frequently look at Scientolipedia through one of my two 7 inch tablets (where I am logged in and it was there that I first saw that this letter had come). I was somewhat appalled when you put those four or so hundred short notes in which didn't contain anything particularly valuable to "mankind" which are filed now under profiles/biographies. You can overloaded a commSlang, short for - communication lineThe military type of organization form whereby there is a definite ascending and descending chain of command. Orders pass from top management down the line of command and compliances and data pass on up without by-passing the chain of command. (Modern Management Defined (c) L. Ron Hubbard, 1976) by putting too much on it, and I feared you were doing something in that direction. Somebody seeing all the list of names might look at five or six of them which did not mean a thing to him and give up looking. Anyway I'm glad to know what happened there. All best wishes, Antony.

The app does not show the whole of Scientolipedia - it pulls the auditors, the "Biographies", glossary terms and...I forget what else but it's not a replica of the whole site.

Thanks so I'm glad I don't have an app on my two tablets were I can see everything as far as I can see. Dave, I think I found a glitch. Looking at my watchEvery member of a ship's company has two general types of activities, one of these is as a member of watches, wherein he handles his duties of steering, lookout, engines, etc., including emergency drills. (FO 1109) list by pressing the thing on the top lineThe military type of organization form whereby there is a definite ascending and descending chain of command. Orders pass from top management down the line of command and compliances and data pass on up without by-passing the chain of command. (Modern Management Defined (c) L. Ron Hubbard, 1976) I see it says something like email notification is enabled. However it's long since I've received an email notification. I didn't get anything when you change that thing of mine back. All best wishes Antony.

Hey Antony,

This is just an FYI.

The reason I sometimes put a sentence at the top of articles is because the search engines read that first lineThe military type of organization form whereby there is a definite ascending and descending chain of command. Orders pass from top management down the line of command and compliances and data pass on up without by-passing the chain of command. (Modern Management Defined (c) L. Ron Hubbard, 1976) and then put it as a description of the page in search results. They pick out the 'key words' and use those for search results as well.

The reason I mention this is because I saw you removed the first lineThe military type of organization form whereby there is a definite ascending and descending chain of command. Orders pass from top management down the line of command and compliances and data pass on up without by-passing the chain of command. (Modern Management Defined (c) L. Ron Hubbard, 1976) in the Dennis Stephens article and probably thought it was redundant or useless.

It's not a big deal either way, but I thought you might like to know whyThat basic outness found which will lead to a recovery of stats. (HCO PL 13 Oct 70 II) I do that sometimes.

Thanks for all your contributions to the content, it's really great work!
