Noward, you need to create a headline item and the "end reference" tag there in the page for Cite to work... like this

= references = <references />

...except the <references /> tag goes at the end...in the list of items and you should only need to use it once.

(I posted this on the Discussionn page of the "Ships of the SOAbbreviation for Sea Organization. (Modern Management Technology Defined (C) 1976)." page as well but I'm not sure you will see it there immediately)

Just for the fun of it and in casethe whole sum of past by-passed charge. (HCOB 19 Aug 63) you ever see a use for it, there's is an extension installed on the site called Header Tabs. You can see an example in the "Stats" section on the sidebar. Just put <headertabs /> after the last Headline you want to to make into tabs instead of listed out.
