The person who is setting random or counter illegal policy is off group purpose. He is other-purposed to greater or lesser degree.

This scale is worked up and worked down UNTIL IT IS (EACH ITEM) IN FULL AGREEMENT WITH THE REMAINING ITEMS.

In short, for success, all these items in the scale must agree with all other items in the scale on the same subject.^[2]

Goals

Aid one another in applying Scientology to one another's lives using standard Scientology Technology.

Wouldn't this wording better qualify as a purpose and than to the "goal"?. Seem a better statement of the concept in a goal would be something like: Scientologists consistantly creating a future of improved lives(conditions) through the use of Scienotlogy.

A person/being who is rehabilitated through standard technical and administrative Scientological methods without evaluation or invalidation, on their own determinism, after having their purposes blunted while trying to do Scientology in what is now the Corporate entity known as Corporate Scientology or in the field by something less than standard technical application in practice or even in conversation.
