I have entered the email address and you can see it there in the form but it does not show up on the page. A bug perhaps?

Michael, you can turn your bold headings into "headings" by either using the editor > advanced > headings option or... just doing this e.g. = heading text = Doing that will give you a table of contents for articles...if you want one.
