Purpose: Dave we should poll what the purpose of Scientology OTC is.

Brian - fWe should set it up as a loose group of people who want to promote Scientology and get together with independent ideas that we recruit people to help out with.

Theo - It should have a high purpose and be rational.

Onup - Purpose to develop and implement optimum solutions.  Ethics - across the dynamicsthere could be said to be eight urges (drives, impulses) in life. These we call dynamics. These are motives or motivations. We call them the eight dynamics. The first dynamic -is the urge toward existence as one’s self. Here we have individuality expressed fully. This can be called the self dynamic...more.  We should learn from the past.  Find out what's needed and wanted.  Survey.  Look at past successful actions.  Self-Determinism should be supported.
