Deceased 2006 in her early 50�s was Stevens Creek Staff and Delphi Staff, before that. She died from a stroke in her sleep. injured her leg, went untreated by proper medical, result was a blood clot or perhaps a stroke, either way, the result was from lack of proper care, I believe SNR C/S2. the C/S is the case supervisor.
