On July 20, 2014, Dave LaCroix, Rocky Hammond and Kitty James visited Perry Chapdelaine at his home and recorded their interview with him. The interview was then edited into smaller segments for easier viewing. This is the ninth video of eleven.
Perry's interview
was almost dead, he toured and lectured that it was possible to create a Clear because he had done so. During the tour he met Volney Mathison whose e-meter2. Hubbard Electrometer. An electronic instrument for measuring mental state and change of state in individuals, as an aid to precision and speed in auditing.
