This is the "Glossary" form. To create a page with this form, enter the page name below. (page name is the word, term, acronym or abbreviation you are going to define)

For long definitions, put the first paragraph or first definition of the term in the "definition" box, and put the rest of the definition in the "text" area below. That way, the shorter definition pops-up when reading text and the reader has the option to click the link for the full definition.
