The links you added to your article are not going where you want them to. Put the full URL in from the page you want. Let me know if you still have trouble with it.

Noward, you need to create a headline item and the "end reference" tag there in the page for Cite to work... like this

...except the <nowiki><references /></nowiki> tag goes at the end...in the list of items and you should only need to use it once.

Just for the fun of it and in case you ever see a use for it, there's is an extension installed on the site called Header Tabs. You can see an example in the "Stats" section on the sidebar. Just put
 
<nowiki><headertabs /></nowiki> after the last Headline you want to to make into tabs instead of listed out.
