Howard Dickman. I was involved with the Church of Scientology from August of 1972 to December of 1977 when I routed off, per policy, of staff at the Church of Scientology of San Diego. I was also a member of the Sea OrgAbbreviation for Sea Organization. (Modern Management Technology Defined (C) 1976).
