On my Windows 7 machine this is downloaded by open office as an xlxs file. having only one page, with a broad column B (col A and C empty) containing introductory data (9 lines of text) Ant 10 AUG 2014

At the bottom of the spreadsheet there will be three tabs. Books, Tapes and Films. Those are the separate 'sheets' of the spreadsheet.
