I'm not an expert and really don't have the time to become one.<br /> <br /> My focus is dissemination. I've created a Facebook group for discussion as well as this site. This site has the ability to act like a forum with the discussion pages connected to each article.<br /> <br /> You are free to write an Article here and link to the above.
