   I have a ticket open with the vendor of the seedbed I am subscribed to. He says the NL data center has seen this problem before with openbittorrent, but the DC in France does not. I can set and torrent the dickens out of other DLs using other trackers, including some Scn material. Could it be that OSA has gotten to openbittorent?&lt;br /&gt;
