Hello. We have had our group in Elma WA delivering the entire bridge for close to 20 years. Elma is located 30 miles West of Olympia, WA, the State Capitol.

Behind beautiful flowering Rhodadendrum bushes the edge of our Academy Course Room sets. Oh, that the bushes would bloom all year long—but most of the year it is just a bulk of green leaves with hopeful conical shaped buds, so don’t be disappointed if you come here and miss the riot of flower color. The Academy stays blue and white on the outside all year long, rain or shine. Inside the course room are bookshelves of original LRH materials; everything is there to turn you into an excellent auditor, including my husband, Ray, who supervises most of the time.

It is a relaxed and fun atmosphere; Ethics are mild because as a group we are almost always in normal or affluence. The environment is a safe place from which you can communicate.

We work happily at Free Zone Elma from 1 PM to 8 PM, with breaks and an hour for dinner, six days a week. While Ray handles the course room I do the Case Supervision for auditors in training. I also audit, cram, and do Tech Services, and also schedule the arrival of our clients. Ray does the after session exams. So you can see that we are multi-hatted, that is we perform various functions at different times, but so far we have managed not to become confused, or to confuse others.

The reception area has been recently redone, with laminated floors, cozy couches and an Indian style rugs. People can wait there in-between sessions if they wish. In the same unit (there are four units on this property) I have an office which doubles as an auditing room. Outside of this unit is what we call the Annex, a shed remodeled into a very pleasant auditing room.

The third unit is used for a place for students and preclears to stay if they wish. This can help greatly as we charge $20 a night in the winter and $15 a night in the spring/summer. One can, if one doesn’t mind a walk, do fine here without a car—there is a washer/dryer on the premises and the grocery store is eight blocks away. For those who would rather have their privacy at any expense there is the Microtel.

We ran each objective as long as it produced change and no
longer.

So of course that varied from person to person and from objective to
objective. The best result I got was running a new person, a waitress, on
S. C. S. Never having had any auditing in 1958 I started her on S.C.S.
She looked at me suspiciously at first but followed out the commands.
There were changes in her demeanor from time to time, and after an hour she finally realized that she'd been given orders as a waitress and understood
she could be there on her own determinism. I ran three more commands and
she ran with VGIs and it was flat!

It took an hour or two. It worked so well because it was the right process
for her.

Oh, the rest was fun too. I found out she had a terror of sharks but no
this lifetime experience with them. That went to a stuck picture, and so I
used exactly what we did in the ACC I had been trained in, "what part of
that picture could you confront" alternated with "rather not confront".
The picture eventually blew after a few hours and she was no longer afraid
of sharks. Well, all of that was before "Standard Tech:)"

But it isn't so much how long it is run, but is it the right process for
the case. We have a cookie cutter tech, which starts out with objectives.
How long you have to run these drug cases on objectives I don't know. But
the people we had had no drug cases. That was back in the 50's so hard to compare.

Not everyone needs objectives to start out.

Not everyone is an "8" meaning low level case that must have objectives. And the surprising thing is, after OT III it is objectives that raise the skill level of an OT!

It would really be hard to compare how long it takes because of no drugs in
the 50's and also most preclears had had some auditing and case gain
already. I'd say an hour or two because once you have had some auditing
they bite better. That is probably why objectives are on Grade I.

Every objective I had that I made good gain on was run at least an hour and
up to 2 1/2.

Which reminds me of processes that make great gain that I can't find
anywhere.

"Assign an intention to that ______(indicated object) was the best
objective I had had. Brought me up to a realization of purposes.***Found!

"Tell me a lie about that wall" run with Op 8C. Do you see that wall?
Walk over to it, Touch that wall...(with hand still on the wall) tell me a
lie about that wall. Let go. Do you see that wall....etc.

I can't find that process anywhere, but we were doing in in Bremerton WA in
1956 from some instruction sent from Wash D.C org. It was a great process,
two hours, and the walls got solid and the walls got thin--I thought I was
going to fall through (two stories from the ground) but it sure gave
reality on the perception of this universe. A truly OT process.

One thing, as an aside, that I would like to mention, the HAS coaudit. I helped supervise about 200 co-audits in 1958-1959. While true we did not check the HAS coaudit commands for reads, the student auditors each had an emeter and kept the needle on the dial so we could watch the TA action. If no TA we would get in there find out what was going on. If pc was just protesting the process, we would clean that up and flatten or get a new process. Or if we saw the ta wasn't moving, we would step in and handle.

Believe this statement or not: You have this lifetime to insure your future survival. Now is when you need to get the knowledge.

Agree or disagree, it matters not. Immortality is something you cannot avoid, you are what you are. How well you survive in whatever you do in the future depends on the knowledge available to you now, and whether or not you truly make it your own.

TRs are a good start—as you well know it helps in this lifetime. The ability to hold a position is good for any lifetime. Think of eternity.

This is the lifetime where you have an opportunity to gain the knowledge and the tools that you can use to handle any situation. It isn’t a matter of someone, even Ron, giving you the list of tools you need for future. It isn’t something you memorize to use later, for memory is a tricky thing, an additive to a thetan, and he may or may not know in another existence what he “learned” in this one.

Instead of knowing about, he must know. The knowledge has to be integrated into himself so well that it is part of his existence, part of his character, part of his immortality.

If the only thing you learned so well that it became part of your true nature as a being was TR-0 then you are one step beyond the average man on the street—or maybe even two steps.

The entire purpose of this little essay is to encourage those who have made a step in Scientology to make many more. It is so easy to get caught up in what you are doing in life, in your work, in your hobbies that you miss what may be the last opportunity for you to gain the abilities you need for the big picture.

We may be in the condition we are because of what we have done and the choices we made, but there are, in any game, enemies. If you have the idea that no one would try to take away your freedom, physically or spiritually, then you are living in a safe bubble that can burst at any time. Man may be basically good, but not all of mankind (and this is observable) is acting with good intentions in present time, nor can you predict that when you pass through this lifetime into the next existence that man’s intentions will be any better or that you will not be attacked in-between lives. The old implant stations of yesteryear may no longer be operational, but I’m sure the same old crew have not been laid to rest or reprogramed and I doubt if many of them have been cleared. They may have newer and better technology for enslaving people.

You don’t want this in your future. You want to be able to reach and withdraw appropriately; to remain unconnected to those who do not have your best interest at heart. This is a bare beginning, you need skills; essentially they are auditing skills, or skills you have gained through auditing that will give you an edge.

Be fluent in the Tone scale; it is a tool that can help you now and forever. It may not be comfortable to spot a 1.1 on the tone scale (covert hostility) but if you know it is there you can take action or no action as you please to handle or disconnect. The knowledge of the tone scale will be a tool that can help you pick your friends, a step to better life now or in any lifetime.

I do not want to beat this to death. With every step on the bridge you gain a bit of “new understanding”. You apply that to life, make it part of your doingness. What happens is that your character slowly changes for the better, and as your attitude changes and you become brighter, smarter, more personable and more certain of yourself you are laying the foundation for FUTURE. Don’t stop now, or set Scientology aside for an unplanned LATER. Consider that the window on Scientology may be closing—and you still have immortality for eternity. Maybe Christians have it right after all –just use different words. So get your keys to eternity this life, and soon, or maybe, just maybe, you will really someday burn in hell. Not necessarily because God will do it, but because you didn’t take the time and energy to prepare yourself with the necessary tools for ETERNITY when you had the opportunity.

Hello. We have had our group in Elma WA delivering the entire bridge for 15 years. Elma is located 30 miles West of Olympia, WA, the State Capitol.

Behind beautiful flowering Rhoddadendrum bushes the edge of our Academy Course Room sets. Oh, that the bushes would bloom all year long—but most of the year it is just a bulk of green leaves with hopeful conical shaped buds, so don’t be disappointed if you come here and miss the riot of flower color. The Academy stays blue and white on the outside all year long, rain or shine. Inside the course room are bookshelves of original LRH materials; everything is there to turn you into an excellent auditor, including my husband, Ray, who supervises most of the time.

It is a relaxed and fun atmosphere; Ethics are mild because as a group we are almost always in normal or affluence. The environment is a safe place from which you can communicate.

We work happily at Free Zone Elma from 1 PM to 9 PM, with breaks and an hour for dinner, six days a week. While Ray handles the course room I do the Case Supervision for auditors in training. I also audit, cram, and do Tech Services, and also schedule the arrival of our clients. Ray does the after session exams. So you can see that we are multi-hatted, that is we perform various functions at different times, but so far we have managed not to become confused, or to confuse others.

The reception area has been recently redone, with laminated floors, cozy couches and an Indian style rugs. People can wait there in-between sessions if they wish. In the same unit (there are four units on this property) I have an office which doubles as an auditing room. Outside of this unit is what we call the Annex, a shed remodeled into a very pleasant auditing room.

The third unit is used for a place for students and preclears to stay if they wish. This can help greatly as we charge $20 a night in the winter and $15 a night in the spring/summer. One can, if one doesn’t mind a walk, do fine here without a car—there is a washer/dryer on the premises and the grocery store is eight blocks away. For those who would rather have their privacy at any expense there is the Microtel.

In the Church I was trained through Class VI, and am a Class VI C/S. Unfortunately when I became active again in the freezone in the 90's, there weren't any "Freezoners" or Indpendent Scientologists who would show their heads who were Class VIII or above. I found myself in a position of needing to deliver what what needed and wanted--the upper levels.

I have been doing that successfully for many years now. I started out C/Sing OT III, not really having much information, so I just made sure that the auditors who were soloing it were doing what the materials said. That worked, and gave me confidence.

I'm self trained on Class VIII and on the NOTs materials, and I have trained others on NOTs, all with good results.

I work with my husband, Raymond J. Krenik, Jr. who is the E.D. of our group. He is the one who puts the Academy there. We had the first Academy in the Independent Field, soon it will be 16 years. That record speaks for itself. In the Free Zone, unlike in the COS, it is a free market. People can go where they choose. If you don't produce results you go out of business.

Our student auditors can deliver all the Grades and NEd. You do not have to pay for student auditing; all that is required is that you rent a room from us for $15 a day, and study when you are not being audited.

Ok, no one has posted an Admin Scale. It is a great way to drill. Here is one I did, not perfect, I can't conceive of a stat for such a goal, maybe you can. But this might give you an idea, and I'm sure you can improve on it:

Goals: To build a tree house

Purposes: To provide a safe place for children to play
To provide a place for the cats in the rain

Policy: Safety first

Plans: 1) Download a good blueprint from the Internet that is doable in our yard with our tree

2) Provide food for the workers

Programs Organizing activity
1) List all the lumber, nails, staples, tools, roofing that is needed and get it purchased

2) Find some friends to help build the structure.

3) Chose a time and place

4) Build the tree house

Program 2) Providing food for the workers

1) Name a cook
2) Name a cooks’ helper
3) Coordinate working times with eating times
4) Cook to determine what food and beverage to serve
5) Helper to purchase any needed grocery items

Projects: 1) Carry out each step of the program #1

Projects: 2) carrying out each step of Program #2

Orders: 1) Follow the blueprint when building the tree house. All wood cut to specs.
2) Return all tools after use

Orders: #2)

1) Cook to find out if anyone has allergies or can’t eat or doesn’t like a certain kind of food

Ideal Scene: Smooth coordination of activity resulting in a well-built tree house where children can play and cats can stay dry.

You might consider writing up your Admin Scale for Scientolipedia. I'd love to see your goals and purposes. You have mentioned them in the past, but not as an Admin Scale itself.

The Admin Scale was meant to be applied to anything from the smallest post to your personal life to "all" of clearing the planet.

That is why I suggest trying to make one on a simple goal "to build a tree house" just for practice. And, of course, read the Policies on how to do it, it helps with ideas.

Without an admin scale one goes no where.

I had one for FZelma, I just reviewed it and find it needs LOTs of tweeking. But it did help me get started here.

This is the first part of it, that still stands:

Goals
To have hundreds of small groups around the planet delivering Scientology
Purposes
To KSW
Policy
Deliver excellent service (changed to "always deliver what is promised)
Plans
1) Establish a base in Elma from which to operate
2) Train students well
3) Deliver auditing
4) Promote the idea of above mentioned goal rather than promoting “all under a single umbrella” as is done in the COS

Now I would know to add under purposes, to free beings. I didn't know as much 15 years ago as I do now.

My first introduction to [[L Ron Hubbard]] was in 1951 when I read the book Dianetics, the Modern Science of Mental Health at twenty-one years of age. I had no prior knowledge of him, had never been introduced to his Science-Fiction books or heard of him from any other source. His saying that DMSMH was an adventure became my adventure.

In July of 1957 my then husband and I drove from Seattle, WA to consider whether or not we would want to join the Wash. D.C. staff. I met Mary Sue who was very kind and helpful, but I didn't actually meet Ron Hubbard until we took another trip to D.C. in the winter of 1957. This time we had arrived to attend the Clearing Congress and the 19th ACC.

I don't remember when I first spoke to him. He eased into my life. First at a distance where he OK'ed our attending the ACC on time payments:) Then he gave personal lectures twice a day to all of us on the Clearing ACC.

Probably my first in contact experience was when he was walking around to inspect our TR 0. This was a new thing in 1958, having only been tested once before. We were all a bit unsure what to do, what this TR-0 was all about. (No OT TR-0 then) Ron walked up to see how I was doing and so I took my eyes off my coach and did TR-0 with Ron for a couple of minutes. He didn't interrupt or send my attention back to my coach. He just was "being there" with me. Finally I decided I was doing it OK, and turned my head back to my coach. LRH walked on to inspect the next couple.

Ron personally inspected our training and/or auditing about once a week. We had no worksheets in those days, so when we were auditing we would fill out a short form giving our viewpoint of the session. One time I was pc, and Ron came to watch me mock up. The item was a "teapot" so I spent quite awhile on mocking up this teapot and making it more solid, hoping, of course, that Ron could see it. He was quite patient while I took a minute or so. Then my auditor decided to get creative (after all Ron was there) and asked the most stupid question..."how are you doing that?" Not part of the procedure and it was an instant ARCx and I snapped at my auditor. Ron walked by, put his hand on my shoulder and asked, "how is your arc with this guy?" I was instantly contrite and told him "fine" (quickly putting my arc back) and we were able to continue the session.

So we saw him daily in class and frequently around town. LRH was very assessable in those days. He ate in the same restaurants, walked the same streets. My ex and I had picked up two children from Maine where they were being cared for, and saw LRH in D.C again before we returned home. I introduced him to the two children, one being a baby and fussing over my shoulder, but the other was 3 1/2 and she looked him up and down after he said "hi" for maybe 10 seconds, before she finally decided it was OK to answer him. He smiled, turned to me and said, "That's a smart one."

Prior to picking up the children LRH personally checked out anyone who thought they might have gone clear in the 19th ACC. There were about sixteen of us, about one half the class. We were kept waiting in the Washington D.C. headquarters. Finally the LRH Communicator popped her head in and said, "Ron says anyone who isn't sure they are clear should go home." Remarkably, while we kind of looked each other over, no one left.

One by one we were on the emeter for the checkouts. When it was my turn I held the cans and Ron asked questions. In front of me next LRH was Mary Sue, and behind me were the Supervisors who seemed to be taking this matter more seriously than I. At one point LRH asked me a question and I decided to look over the answer (comm lag) and I heard indrawn breaths behind me. I wasn't worried. I knew I was Clear.

Of course LRH never evaluated or said yes or no. It was just a Qual Checkout. Some questions he asked had to do with help. Some were mock ups (he knew I'd had a baby who had died as an infant--he asked me to mock up a bassinet.)

After 1958 I didn't personally see and talk to him until 1961. I had a new husband then, who was delightedly and eagerly shaking hands with Ron, happy to see him again. I hung back, watching. Ron reached out to me with a comm, said, "How do you like this guy?" I instantly went into high ARC with Ron and my then new husband. "I think he is wonderful," I replied.

Later my new husband, Ralph and I were visiting LRH in his office. Ralph and Ron swapped stories. Ralph showed Ron his new dog tags, with Scientology on them (first time ever Scientology was recognized as a religion by the Army) and they poured out some interest over that for awhile. Ron pulled out his 45 and showed it to Ralph, and they mused over that for awhile. All very friendly and fun. Ralph even asked to borrow some money from Ron, but I put my foot down on that. I wasn't just sure then how we could pay him back! So about 15 minutes later which was all just relaxed and good fun we left. The next person in line was a young lady from Chicago who was miffed about waiting all that time. Ron came out, looked at her and said, "Mary Lou, "I didn't know it was you waiting out here or I would have come out sooner."

What a smooth tongue and such high ARC Ron had. Mary Lou melted and followed him into his office.

Hello. We have had our group in Elma WA delivering the entire bridge for 15 years. Elma is located 30 miles West of Olympia, WA, the State Capitol.

Behind beautiful flowering Rhoddadendrum bushes the edge of our Academy Course Room sets. Oh, that the bushes would bloom all year long—but most of the year it is just a bulk of green leaves with hopeful conical shaped buds, so don’t be disappointed if you come here and miss the riot of flower color. The Academy stays blue and white on the outside all year long, rain or shine. Inside the course room are bookshelves of original LRH materials; everything is there to turn you into an excellent auditor, including my husband, Ray, who supervises most of the time.

It is a relaxed and fun atmosphere; Ethics are mild because as a group we are almost always in normal or affluence. The environment is a safe place from which you can communicate.

We work happily at Free Zone Elma from 1 PM to 9 PM, with breaks and an hour for dinner, six days a week. While Ray handles the course room I do the Case Supervision for auditors in training. I also audit, cram, and do Tech Services, and also schedule the arrival of our clients. Ray does the after session exams. So you can see that we are multi-hatted, that is we perform various functions at different times, but so far we have managed not to become confused, or to confuse others.

The reception area has been recently redone, with laminated floors, cozy couches and an Indian style rugs. People can wait there in-between sessions if they wish. In the same unit (there are four units on this property) I have an office which doubles as an auditing room. Outside of this unit is what we call the Annex, a shed remodeled into a very pleasant auditing room.

The third unit is used for a place for students and preclears to stay if they wish. This can help greatly as we charge $20 a night in the winter and $15 a night in the spring/summer. One can, if one doesn’t mind a walk, do fine here without a car—there is a washer/dryer on the premises and the grocery store is eight blocks away. For those who would rather have their privacy at any expense there is the Microtel.

Admins scales are for use, and can be written up for any activity.

You could start a business--goal is to create a viable cat cemetery. Purposes: 1. To have a place to place cat bodies after they die 2. To help people obtain "closure" regarding their pets. Policy-- To give empathetic service. Plans: 1) To purchase a space large enough to hold the cat bodies. 2) To design cat coffins and get them built 3) To advertise the existence of this service Etc. Etc.

You just follow the steps and work them back and forth until you are satisfied with it. Make sure you have the key words right, particularly is it singular or plural form. See admin dictionary...it is goals, purposes, policy. Not policies. Policy is the key approach to the handling of your organization...any organization has plenty of policies or rule, but you want the stable datum from which all other things in your group flow. Teddy Roosevelt's policy was "speak softly and carry a big stick". That might work for Teddy but it won't work for a cat cemetery.

In Elma WA our policy is to "always deliver what is promised."

Now of course in order to do that we might have to apply hundreds of policies...

Your purposes and ideal scene should be similar.

I came to Pat because I was having trouble in my marriage. My wife is the love of my life and my case was kicking me in the teeth and creating poor communication that was threatening an otherwise VERY happy marriage. Pat encouraged me to come down for a review and even gave a free session to my wife, who is not a Scientologist.

My wife agreed and we headed down to Elma not knowing how things might go. Within the first hour of being there, major progress! My wife was blown away with the session and I knew everything in my case was going to get out of the way.

Well, it did! I'm back to being VERY happy with my wife and my marriage to her, and my wife, who had valid reservations about this "Scientology" stuff loved it and now is interested in more auditing.

Hello. I would like to introduce myself to new people to this website, and to the new Indies (Independent Scientologists) who are coming out of the Church.

QUALIFICATIONS:

I'm Patricia Krenik, Founding Scientologist 1951. That means I have spent more than 60 years in Dianetics and Scientology, both in and out of the Church.

In the Church I was trained through Class VI, and am a Class VI C/S. Unfortunately when I became active again in the freezone in the 90's, there weren't any "Freezoners" or Indpendent Scientologists who would show their heads who were Class VIII or above. I found myself in a position of needing to deliver what what needed and wanted--the upper levels.

I have been doing that successfully for many years now. I started out C/Sing OT III, not really having much information, so I just made sure that the auditors who were soloing it were doing what the materials said. That worked, and gave me confidence.

I'm self trained on Class VIII and on the NOTs materials, and I have trained others on NOTs, all with good results.

I work with my husband, Raymond J. Krenik, Jr. who is the E.D. of our group. He is the one who puts the Academy there. We had the first Academy in the Independent Field, soon it will be 16 years. That record speaks for itself. In the Free Zone, unlike in the COS, it is a free market. People can go where they choose. If you don't produce results you go out of business.

REVITALIZING MINISTRY

We are located in Elma, WA which is a very small town 30 miles West of Olympia, WA the capital.

It seems that the current trend in the Indies' blogs is to deny any
and all value and validity from Scientology and L. Ron Hubbard. After
spending many years and multiple thousands of dollars on 'The Bridge',
it is now dismissed as “nothing more than a scam” by the poor dupes who fell off it.

That all their stated wins and gains and success stories were just imagined or
pretended achievements, only held together by agreement from others who were also
playing Make Believe.

Somehow it seems that concocting this monumental scenario to disavow all validity
from the Technology of LRH, aimed at turning all the lemonade back into lemons,
seems way more far-fetched and bizarre than giving the man credit for a very effective
legacy of spiritual applications and their actual benefits.

The only built in tragic flaw in the Technology is that it only works
when applied. So if someone goes in for some auditing they feel much
better for a while. But then they tend to revert back to the default
settings they came in with. Why is that? Because even though their
cognitions were real enough at the time they were had, they only had
lasting benefit when acted upon. Repeat: Cognitions only have lasting
benefit when acted upon.

That is the responsibility of the person having the cognition. It is
not the auditor's, and certainly not LRH's. It is not other's
responsibility to enforce those cognitions, or to follow up on them,
or see if they are being applied in life. It is not anyone else's
responsibility to make the person use in life what he learned in
session.

Back in the 50s and 60s and into the 70's we all knew it was more
important to get trained than to get audited. Training is what gives
you the fertile ground in which to plant your cognitions and watch
them grow. Training is what gives you the mastery of application. We
knew that the people who came in just for auditing were not going very far.
The trained ones had the understanding, the foundation and the skills to operate
on a much higher level of ability and awareness in life. They had the power and the
commitment to live what they learned from sessions and from training.

Unfortunately that reality started to peter out in the 80's and
continued diminishing, to the point where now hardly any auditors are
being made. But the auditors were the only ones who could carry the
tech forward, and without them, the technology will die.
Why? Because Scientology is an applied philosophy, which therefore
only works when applied, and the application is only as good as the
skills of the person trained to apply it.

A live auditor is the only thing that can keep the Tech alive.

It seems that the current trend in the Indies' blogs is to deny any and all value and validity from Scientology and L. Ron Hubbard. After spending many years and multiple thousands of dollars on 'The Bridge', it is now dismissed as “nothing more than
a scam” by the poor dupes who fell off it.

That all their stated wins and gains and success stories were just imagined or pretended achievements, only held together by agreement from others who were also playing Make Believe.

Somehow it seems that concocting this monumental scenario to disavow all validity from the Technology of LRH, aimed
at turning all the lemonade back into lemons, seems way more far-fetched and bizarre than giving the man credit for a very effective legacy of spiritual applications and their actual benefits.

The only built in tragic flaw in the Technology is that it only works when applied. So if someone goes in for some auditing they feel much better for a while. But then they tend to revert back to the default settings they came in with. Why is that? Because even though their cognitions were real enough at the time they were had, they only had lasting benefit when acted upon. Repeat: Cognitions only have lasting benefit when acted upon.

That is the responsibility of the person having the cognition. It is not the auditor's, and certainly not LRH's. It is not other's
responsibility to enforce those cognitions, or to follow up on them, or see if they are being applied in life. It is not anyone else's responsibility to make the person use in life what he learned in session.

Back in the 50s and 60s and into the 70's we all knew it was more important to get trained than to get audited. Training is what gives you the fertile ground in which to plant your cognitions and watch them grow. Training is what gives you the mastery of application. We knew that the people who came in just for auditing were not going very far. The trained ones had the understanding, the foundation and the skills to operate on a much higher level of ability and awareness in life. They had the power and the commitment to live what they learned from sessions and from training.

Unfortunately that reality started to peter out in the 80's and continued diminishing, to the point where now hardly any auditors are being made. But the auditors were the only ones who could carry the tech forward, and without them, the technology will die.
Why? Because Scientology is an applied philosophy, which therefore only works when applied, and the application is only as good as the skills of the person trained to apply it.

We came here to clear the planet. That was and is the mission, even if it has been somewhat forgotten about, maligned, deemed impossible, or altered to “putting Ethics in on the Planet.”

The Church of Scientology has completely lost sight of clearing the planet. They are focused on bigger and better real estate instead of the human spirit. They have forgotten their mission. They don’t even promote it any more. When was the last time you saw “a world without criminality and war” or a “world where honest beings have rights” in their literature? Even the Classification, Gradation and Awareness Chart has been changed from a “New World” to “Total Freedom.”

Those of us who know and understand that the mission is/was to clear the planet have at least a glimpse of the true purpose of Scientology.
Only those who grasp this idea are truly Scientologists. Someone travelling the bridge who is doing it for his own personal purposes only has not understood what we are doing and why we are doing it, and is not a Scientologist even though he may think he is.

This is harsh. Someone does the Comm Course, likes it, says, “I’m a Scientologist” and joins the Church or Independent Field and while this is a good step this person is not yet a player. You can’t play a game well if you don’t know what it stands to accomplish and you don’t know the rules.

When I talk about rules I’m not talking about Policies. Policies are rules of a sort, to handle situations and promote the flow of delivery within an organization. When I’m talking rules I’m talking fair play and not doing anything that goes against the basic idea of clearing the planet. As Scientologists, we know that force begets force and that not-isness is not the way to a better world. We don’t promote war.
We understand that war is always a wrong answer.

The Freezone and/or Independent Field, by whatever name you choose to give it, needs to revitalize its purpose to clear the planet, because there is no more valuable purpose than that. Everything we do here is lined up to clear the planet—or it misaligns away from that creating yet another GPM.

Of course there has been a long, whole track GPM to do with “to free beings” or “to enslave others”. All the dramatizations and implants have that as a basic.

Clearing the planet is different. It is after the fact of the damage. The damage has been done, it is repair time. Get it? It’s broken; our job is to fix it. That is what we are here for.

That is why betterment groups of any kind should have all the support we can give them. Why we don’t oppose “other-isims.” Run out in session any bad therapy from any other-ism but don’t knock them as a group. They are trying to help mankind, after all.

It isn’t hard to clear a planet if one understands that that is what we are doing and has an admin scale to achieve it. There is a ratio of theta to entheta on the planet. When there is more theta available than entheta the planet starts to destimulate. Instead of mankind being a collective “Type III” (crazy) like what you see daily on the news, it begins to calm down. All we have to do is have enough auditors auditing and raising people on the tone scale.

I’m not just talking one on one. I’m talking getting people up the bridge so they can solo audit and clear the planet of negative influences.

What I see is a lot of people going up the bridge, learning to solo audit, not being permitted in the COS to audit the environment, or in the Freezone/Independent Field just not focused on the planet because 1) it is all too overwhelming and nobody can do anything about it anyhow or 2) they weren’t given the right orientation about why we are Scientologists and what we are trying to accomplish.

In the COS they are trying to take over the planet, enforce their ideas on the world, and put in a totalitarian government where you do what you are indoctrinated to do or be declared SP and lose your friends and family.

That isn’t clearing the planet. Clearing the planet is bringing those on the planet up tone. There are many ways to do this including feeding people to providing work and those groups that help in this direction are our friends. As Scientologists though we have a specialized knowledge of the mind and auditing, and we can change conditions through auditing.

It starts with ourselves, bringing ourselves as individual beings into a positive condition, but in doing so we must consider the other dynamics. To go “up the Bridge” to become a superman, or to be more powerful so as to “rule the world” is not the game of Scientology.

You may have heard there is auditing where the end result is that the person who was antagonistic toward you made a friendly gesture. Take that same view of tech and when you are solo auditing during the upper sections of NOTS or past that where you address life, life units and the collective minds you can bring about a change in the environment. We just need a lot of us doing this.

The fate of this planet is in our hands. Auditing is the universal answer, provided only that you know we are not auditing for ourselves alone. We go up the bridge so that we can clear the planet. The players are those who know this. What can I say to those who somehow missed the purpose of the game? Well, it wasn’t your fault. You weren’t given the early training in Scientology. You were inhibited by the COS.

Fortunately considerations hold rank over matter, energy, space and time. Not too late to “wake up” and change your considerations about what Scientology is all about.

Do your next auditing/training step—while remembering the mission.
If you have come this far you really don’t have a lot of choice. Consider what happens to you if you don’t change conditions on this planet. You come back for another body on Earth and hope it works out ok? You leave the planet and sit on the sidelines and don’t play at all? Of course, you could always go into hiding and pretend nothing is affecting you.

The choice to continue auditor training is, of course, up to you. I only suggest you prioritize it a little higher. We really do need your help.

Hi. I see on the front page an effort to do an Admin Scale for the Freezone. I'm adding here the Admins Scale I made for Revitalizing Ministry in Elma WA. If you look closely, it is one that can be adapted by any group, and will connect us up to function effectively.

== brief history ==
David started his career in Scientology in 1959. He did the Saint Hill Special Briefing Course at Saint Hill UK, directly under LRH. He joined staff and worked closely with LRH. When LRH had a stroke in 1978, while instructing Tech films at Golden Era Productions in California (La Quinta, near Palm Springs), Ron requested that David Mayo be brought to to the GEP to audit him. Ron’s physical condition was critical and his physician Gene Denk, did not dare put him in an ambulance, as he feared the trip would kill him. Auditor Jeff Walker was suggested to audit Hubbard, but he (Hubbard) said “No, send David Mayo”. And so David Mayo was put on a flight immediately. He managed to audit Hubbard to full recovery, and in the same time developed NOTs together with Ron. He was posted as Snr C/S International by Ron personally. As Mayo went off to LA to assume his post duties, Ron continued with solo NOTs and researched further into this area.
After the new Management took over in 1981-82 David Mayo soon witnessed criminal activities and alterations of the Tech. He also discovered and voiced against the implemented price increases. This was not popular and he was sent on the RPF and later SP declared.

But before that, in 1981, he received a detailed letter from LRH assigning him the Tech hats for the next 20-25 years as LRH was planning on leaving his body within a couple of years and return back in his next life.

Naturally the declare of David Mayo created enormous enturbulation in the field of Scientology as Mayo was well reputed and a stable Tech terminal for Scientologists around the world. An issue was written to “clarify” the situation called “The story of a Squirrel”. But it could not calm down staffs and publics and a Mission was fired off to explain further. It’s main message was that the reason why LRH did not discover that Mayo was an SP, was that LRH was such a big thetan, that all SP tendencies and case would vanish in his presence. Therefore it was not possible for LRH to discover that Mayo was really an SP. The out point that there is nowhere any HCOB or tape lecture where LRH states that a big thetan cannot spot an SP, was somehow not-is’ed. In actual fact, I know of no Tech where LRH mention this phenomenon at all. And if it was true, how could LRH then develop the extensive SP/PTS technology? How could he ever audit a PC if all case would vanish in his presence? No, it definitely does not make sence, it is Out Tech and clearly illustrates that the real reson for David Mayos declare remained well hidden.

That David Mayo wrote the majority of the NOTs bulletins is very likely to be true. I have personally checked through the more than 50 HCOBs in the “NOTs Series” all of them (except two) has mention of DM in the copyright notice at the buttom:

I have studied some of the materials later issued by David Mayo (Advanced Ability Center) and his way of writing matches the way of the NOTs bulletins. He has a different style than LRH. He is more gentle and more carefull in his approach. LRH is much more crude and direct. I mentioned this observation to my Class IX auditor and he said that he had never been in doubt as to whether Mayo is the author of NOTs. Not necesarily the source, but certainly the author.

From AOSH EU, I know that their NOTs pack was stolen in 1983. Three People in full Sea Org uniform, showed up and claimed they were from RTC. They wanted to inspect the NOTs materials which were then given to them. They went into an office to “inspect” it. After lunch time, the org terminal (AO C/S) who handed over the NOTs pack, looked for the “RTC Inspectors” but did not find them. They were gone and so was the NOTs pack. Many has connected David Mayo to this theft, but was he? More about that here

It is interesting that the highest levels of OT delivered by the Church is in fact written by a person who was later declared suppressive.

It is also interesting that the Chairman of Mayo’s Com-Ev was Ray Mithoff who would later take over Mayo’s post as Snr C/S Int. John Eastmann was in between and maybe one more for a short notice.

And another thing which I find interesting is that also Mayo was accused of sexually perverted conduct. He was found not guilty as there was no evidence, but he was acussed of it, just like Bill Franks and Captain Bill Robertsson. When we start into Dianetics and/or Scientology we are, so to speak, at the bottom of the food chain. From there we rapidly move up to a healthier body and/or higher levels of understanding especially if certain points are understood.

1) Dianetics is for the body. The body tends to be the present time problem of the “awareness of awareness unit” (that’s you, called a “thetan” in Scientology).
2) Scientology is for the certainty of the thetan, for his expansion and awareness levels. For his ability to handle life and the life forms in it.

Not everyone who begins in Dianetics and/or Scientology has body aches and pains, or various other annoying conditions. It depends on what the person has his attention on.

Whether the person is better off starting with Dianetics or with Scientology is a point for the Case Supervisor, aka C/S, to determine. Modern auditing is a team effort, with a Case Supervisor, an auditor, an examiner for after session, and a good cramming officer to correct the auditor as necessary.

The Composite Case

The first case we run into is the composite case. This is the A=A=A of Dianetics. Certainly if anyone wants real case progress he needs to read the book Dianetics, the Modern Science of Mental Health, by L.Ron Hubbard, because here the composite case is described. To go clear, we must unravel the composite case. What is the composite case composed of? Mental image pictures, misidentified, A=A=A. Something in the environment reminds the pre-clear of some other time as he has it recorded as a mental image picture, and now he doesn’t feel so good, because the picture had pain and/or unconsciousness in it and is identifying (or better said, pre-clear is misidentifying) with the present time of the pre-clear.

The composite case is all about mental image pictures. Wherever one picture is misidentified with another a composite case is created. One of the greatest tools for the beginning case is the Straightwire Grade. It helps the pre-clear start to take charge of his mental image pictures.

The Upper Level Case

Once a person is cleared of the composite case, he addresses a different area, essentially the area of how beings become unable. We address entities (see History of Man, by L. Ron Hubbard), handle implants and handle the factors that glue thetans to each other. Thetans stuck to each other by common impact or postulate could be, in modern times, referred to as “obsessive bonding.” These procedures from OT I through Ned for Ots completion frees the thetan’s attention units from areas where his attention was stuck and thus allows the thetan expansion and knowingness.

End Result

What are we achieving through the application of Scientology data? Some have ideas of becoming Superman, expecting some great ability to be restored, expecting to knock of hats at 50 paces (look Ma, no hands!) That sort of stuff isn’t Scientology at all, but is Para-Scientology as described in the Creation of Human Ability by L.Ron Hubbard. It isn’t to say that sometimes such abilities don’t occur, but they are side effects when they do. There is no process or set of processes in Scientology that I know of that directly will bring about levitation, spoon bending, or turn you into a poltergist. While I have heard of a corner of the room disappearing during an auditing session, and have seen objects being moved by an aware thetan, this is not the aim of Scientology.

“A world without criminality and war, where honest beings have rights” or words to that effect would be a good start. L.Ron Hubbard did not start Scientology to have the subject cannibalize itself but rather to export the knowledge so that we can all be able play a better game. In particular, we aim to end the “dwindling spiral of stopped time” as LRH referred to it, and be able to take our new understandings with us in order to change the future into our choice of image. By that I mean, if we live tomorrow in a body, in another body, in several bodies, or no bodies, if we stay in this universe or join another one, however we live the future it comes about as result of our own choices, not those of the implanters, slave makers or money changers (Bible reference). The aim of Scientology is that we be free to make life happen on our own determinism.

There are many satisfying things in life, but the one thing that does please me the most is the ability to make a postulate and watch the physical universe change, start to line up, follow that direction. The physical universe does have a comm lag, but your postulates work. Never doubt that. If you don’t like what you have, change your postulates—or get some auditing.

When we start into Dianetics and/or Scientology we are, so to speak, at the bottom of the food chain. From there we rapidly move up to a healthier body and/or higher levels of understanding especially if certain points are understood.

Aida, as I remember it, LRH found a tribe of Black Africans that responded differently on the e-meter, not all Black Africans. He was speculating that the genetic system might be different...now that is how I remember the talk of that time. Pat

Hi, Johan. Much improved. As I mentioned before I don't think you can get a theta bop that looks like a theta bop without catching one live. You have the evenness of the needle swing but the rapid dance at each end is missing. The stage 4 doesn't pass, it's too jiggly at the top, it should be just rise, stick, fall, rise, stick, fall in a steady rhythum. It is a very smooth action.
I can't tell about the null needle without sound of course; what I saw didn't look null. Easier to demonstrate with a clean needle that doesn't change when you speak.
One of the f/ns, a persistent f/n had sticks in it. Your dirty needle doesn't show a pattern, and the tick doesn't tick, it just sticks.
One more thing, I don't understand why the "spring" f/n. That is an additive, there isn't such a thing as a "spring" f/n, so I wish you would take that out. You are just showing a needle pattern.

Your rises, both the slow and speeded looked great! Your clean needle was fine. R/S, change of needle pattern quite recognizable.

It is very important that if this is used as a training tape in any way that it be exact on all fronts...otherwise the student auditor could get a mis-conception. Better to leave out some of the ones like theta bop if it can't be produced, rocket read too might be misleading. Both those items are outstanding enough when they occur that it will catch a new auditor's attention and he will recognize it from the description in the Emeter books when it shows up in session.

We ran each objective as long as it produced change and no
longer.

So of course that varied from person to person and from objective to
objective. The best result I got was running a new person, a waitress, on
S. C. S. Never having had any auditing in 1958 I started her on S.C.S.
She looked at me suspiciously at first but followed out the commands.
There were changes in her demeanor from time to time, and after an hour she finally realized that she'd been given orders as a waitress and understood
she could be there on her own determinism. I ran three more commands and
she ran with VGIs and it was flat!

It took an hour or two. It worked so well because it was the right process
for her.

Oh, the rest was fun too. I found out she had a terror of sharks but no
this lifetime experience with them. That went to a stuck picture, and so I
used exactly what we did in the ACC I had been trained in, "what part of
that picture could you confront" alternated with "rather not confront".
The picture eventually blew after a few hours and she was no longer afraid
of sharks. Well, all of that was before standard tech:)

But it isn't so much how long it is run, but is it the right process for
the case. We have a cookie cutter tech, which starts out with objectives.
How long you have to run these drug cases on objectives I don't know. But
the people we had had no drug cases. That was back in the 50's so hard to compare.

Not everyone needs objectives to start out.

Not everyone is an "8" meaning low level case that must have objectives.

It would really be hard to compare how long it takes because of no drugs in
the 50's and also most preclears had had some auditing and case gain
already. I'd say an hour or two because once you have had some auditing
they bite better. That is probably why they are on Grade I.

Every objective I had that I made good gain on was run at least an hour and
up to 2 1/2.

Which reminds me of processes that make great gain that I can't find
anywhere.

"Assign an intention to that ______(indicated object) was the best
objective I had had. Brought me up to a realization of purposes.***Found!

"Tell me a lie about that wall" run with Op 8C. Do you see that wall?
Walk over to it, Touch that wall...(with hand still on the wall) tell me a
lie about that wall. Let go. Do you see that wall....etc.

I can't find that process anywhere, but we were doing in in Bremerton WA in
1956 from some instruction sent from Wash D.C org. It was a great process,
two hours, and the walls got solid and the walls got thin--I thought I was
going to fall through (two stories from the ground) but it sure gave
reality on the perception of this universe. A truly OT process.
